Position Summary:

 

Coleman Research Group is opening a satellite office based in Raleigh/Durham, NC and seeking a Call Center/Operations Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a close-knit, fast-growing team. This position will report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for managing an outbound expert recruiting team and providing administrative support for the office, assist in the development of the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the operations goals while generating and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Assist in the hiring, orientation, training and coaching of the expert recruiting team
  • Manage the day to day operations of team including scheduling, office policy and administrative responsibilities
  • Responsible for production goals and quality control of team
  • Manage and increase effectiveness of the team
  • Work closely with various departments to identify and target quality experts for recruitment
  • Managing additional tasks as required

 

Position Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years management experience
  • Experience managing a satellite office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and +collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Compensation Package:

 

Base salary range $35,000 - $40,000 based on experience plus monthly production incentive potential and annual bonus
