Must haves for the position are -
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of recent corporate administrative experience some of that supporting VP level or above
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Basic accounting & budgeting skills
- Ability to adapt well to change
- Outstanding oral & written communication skills, including excellent proofreading
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
- Flexibility to travel approximately 2 times a year for events/conventions (1-2 nights each)
Experience in the industry of Marketing or Real Estate is preferred!! Formal records management experience is also a plus.
