Hi,
One of our clients located Downtown is seeking a temp-to-hire e-Services Customer Service Representative.  Pay for the position is $12 per hour.  The hours for the position are 3pm-midnight, Sun-Thurs.  Candidates must be available to train for the first two weeks (possibly longer) from 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. 

The client requires EXCELLENT CREDIT for all of their positions!!!  This means no accounts that are currently past due & no unpaid charge-offs, collections or liens. A criminal background check is also required.

Must haves for the position are:
- 50+ wpm typing speed - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
- technical support experience
- intermediate skills in Outlook & internet knowledge
- excellent grammar (both verbal & written)
- a quick learner
- excellent customer service skills
