Primary responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and forecast that focus on sales incentive compensation, quota allocation, and territory alignments of Abbott Vascular’s U.S. Sales Force.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree plus 6+ years of related work experience with sales compensation and strong excel, access, and analytic skills.
Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree (MBA preferred).
