Position Summary:
The Telemarketing/Call Center Associate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates. Responsibilities include contacting candidates via phone and/or email, getting the candidates to provide information on their expertise and providing resumes for our database.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting candidates via phone and/email campaigns
- Source and assess the skill level of pre qualified candidates and industry/networking referral candidates for our robust database
- Maintain accurate data utilizing our applicant tracking system
Position Qualifications:
- At least 2 years telemarketing and recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong desire to spend a good part of each day on the telephone
- Natural ability to build rapport with people.
- Experience working with CRM application
- Solid MS Office skills – Word, Excel
Compensation Package:
Base salary range $22,000 - $27, 000 based on experience plus monthly production incentives plus annual bonus potential
